Payment
Payments are processed securely through Freemius, powered by Stripe. All major credit cards are accepted. Our terms are payment in full at the time of purchase. All software licenses remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plan purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at support@adlertechnology.com for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final. Annual subscriptions that have been renewed are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by law.
License & Software Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Adler Business Directory plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software. The free version of the plugin is subject to the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL).
Availability
Unless otherwise stated, the services and software featured on this website are available worldwide. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free, although it is provided to the best of our ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates against any loss or damage, howsoever caused.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, pandemic, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control.
Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement.

The laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania govern these terms and conditions.
